What happens when I call or contact Soils Alive through the website?  Two things may happen when you call us: if we answer, we will respond to your questions and - if requested - we will make an appointment at your earliest convenience to visit you. If we are not in the office, we will return your call within 24 hrs. If you contact us through our contact page at soilsalive.com, we will respond to you either via email or phone within 24 hrs.      back to top

What happens when an appointment is made?  If you do request an appointment, a professional, uniformed representative will visit you. We will make a thorough examination of your property - commenting on your lawn, trees, shrubs, beds, and gardens. We have years of experience using organic methods and products, and can comment on any landscaping problems or ideas you may have. Our assumption is that you are interested at this point, and are considering an organic service program. back to top

Okay, I'm ready to go organic. I'm ready for service. Now what?  If you do choose our service, we will record your specific service needs. We'll ask you if you want to be notified in advance, if you have pets in the yard, if you wish to be present during the applications, and other questions. We will leave an invoice after each application, detailing the work that was done and making note that may be helpful to you. Every application will be completed by an experienced, uniformed technician, who will answer any general questions you might have. back to top

After the initial treatment to my lawn, what happens?  Someone other than the technician will inspect your property at various times of the year to determine necessary changes and address new problems. We have expertise in insect control, an have been able to save several lawns from severe grub damage after one of our inspections. After every application visit from one of our organic technicians, Soils Alive will leave with you a packet containing your application detail, any alerts, notes about your property or information you need to know about your lawn, as well as helpful hints for keeping your lawn healthy the organic way. back to top

What if I'm not satisfied, or I have further problems that need to be addressed?  We guarantee results, and we promise to respond to your call within 24 hours to answer your questions and resolve any problems. If necessary, we will meet with you to further understand any issue that you might have.
