What’s included in each service visit?
Each on-site service visit (eight per year) includes visual inspection of the sprinklers within each irrigation zone while running the entire irrigation system to check for leaks, broken nozzles, broken heads, or other irregularities. Our technician will repair/replace any broken heads, nozzles, or other water emitters (at no extra charge). Repair of major damage, such as line breaks or valve replacements, can be performed at a discounted labor rate of $60 per hour. Our technician will also monitor plant health, watering needs, and signs of over- or under-watering based on the SmartLine® unit settings, making any necessary unit adjustments. Finally, our technician will run a series of system checks on the SmartLine® unit (by remote control - no need to enter your garage and you need not be home) to ensure proper and optimal function.
