Our Irrigation Management Program includes monitoring and adjusting your irrigation system based on seasonal variation and plant requirements. We also perform all necessary repairs**, thus decreasing your water bill and saving you time and money.

** Irrigation Management Program includes: controller management, maintenance of all water emitters including pop-ups, rotors, bubblers and drip lines. Does not include parts or labor for valve repair, line breaks or electrical problems.
» Program participants receive a $60 discounted hourly labor rate for service outside program scope.
» An early termination fee of $300 will be changed for cancellation of program prior to contract fulfillment.
» An additional monthly service charge of $1.50 per 1,000 sq. ft. applies for lawns over 5,000 sq. ft.
Katy Trail Goes Organic with Soils Alive
Soils Alive has been chosen as the exclusive provider of organic fertilization services for Dallas' Katy Trail. Soils Alive will be employing the same eco-friendly and safe organic fertilization practices on the Katy Trail as used for Soils Alive customers.
